What happens after the free trial?
Your 14 days free run from the day you start. When they finish, your subscription begins at A$16.50 a month including GST, charged to the card you added, and your website carries on without you doing anything. The free trial is one per customer. If there is no working card by then, the subscription simply ends. We never leave a debt sitting against your name.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel inside your 14 days free and you are never charged: your site stays up for the rest of the trial and the subscription never begins. Cancel later and your website stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for. Either way we keep everything: your pages, your words, your images. We do not delete your site.
Is my card charged today?
No, and you do not need to give us one to start. You build your site and put it live without a card at all. We ask for one during your 14 days so your site keeps running the moment they end, and nothing is charged until then. Cancel inside those 14 days and you pay nothing at all.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. At the end of your 14 days free, A$16.50 including GST is charged to your card, and then on that same date each month. We tell you the exact date up front and it sits on your billing screen from the day you start. Cancel before that date and you are not charged at all.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your own domain is connected, the site is yours. Ask us any time and we will send you a full export of it to take wherever you like. Plenty of builders will not do that.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Point your existing domain at your site and we walk you through it. If you do not have one yet, we help you get one.
Can I change things myself later?
Yes, any time, in plain language. Ask for what you want changed and you see it in your preview before it reaches your live site.
What if the AI gets my business wrong?
You see everything in your preview first, and nothing goes live until you say so. If something reads wrong, tell us and we fix it.
How long does it really take?
Most people are looking at a finished site in under ten minutes. Going live takes a few minutes more once your domain is connected.
What if I already have a website?
Bring it. We can read your current site and use what is worth keeping, so you are not starting from scratch.
